De-escalation in Mallorca, the Balearic Islands and Spain

De-escalation begins in Mallorca and Spain

Families and children allowed out of the house - Cycling and walking now permitted in Mallorca!

At the beginning of May children in Mallorca and Spain as a whole were allowed out for the first time in 5 weeks. Scenes around the country showed happy kids playing on the street in what seemed like an eternity. Scooters, toys, rollerblades, all out on the roads. With a parent yes, and not yet in public areas like children's playgrounds, but it was a start.

Now we can walk, run, cycle, within the municipality, which in our case is Pollensa, and within the designated times, which are early morning and late evening. The elderly have their own time slot, as do children under 14.

It may be some time still until the island opens up to foreign travel, but we can now see the horizon.

There is talk of the end of June or beginning of July.

We hope so!

In the meantime we are working on the grounds, installations and hotel, to make sure it's ready to welcome visitors, as soon as you are allowed to come. And to make it as safe and exclusive as we can.
