The end of Phase 3 and the "new normal" in Mallorca
From next Monday June 21st British tourists will be allowed to travel to Spain, because Britain is still considered part of the European Union, according to the Spanish Foreign Ministry.
They will however, have to quarantine for two weeks when they return home.
Schengen area countries lifted border controls today - June 15, as advised by the European Commission.
10,000 German holidaymakers will be arriving in Mallorca, the first tourists to travel to the island since lockdown began in March, as part of the government Pilot Scheme between Germany and Spain, agreed to because the both Germany and Mallorca have similarly low rates of infection.
