At Aparthotel Duva we want your holiday to be perfect. That’s why we continue to take all the preventive measures necessary to make your stay 100% safe and comfortable.

We explain the Covid Free protocol that we're currently applying at our Aparthotel below. It will be modified as and when the health situation requires it.

Use of masks

The use of a face mask is compulsory in the hotel's indoor common areas for everyone over 6 years of age.

And remember, at Aparthotel Duva we have more than 5,000m2 of gardens and outdoor areas, where it is not necessary to wear a mask.

Restaurant

Masks must also be worn when entering the main restaurant, walking through the restaurant or accessing the buffet. The use of face masks is not compulsory on our restaurants’ terraces.

Limited capacity

The maximum capacity for restaurants, communal areas and toilets, as well as swimming pools, must be respected at all times.

CO2 monitoring

To guarantee your peace of mind while you enjoy the indoor common areas at Aparthotel Duva, we have installed devices that control the concentration of C02 and guarantee air purity.

Cleaning and disinfection

We continue to apply strict cleaning and disinfection protocols to make you feel as safe as you do at home, including cleaning with approved PPE, using viricidal products, washing bed linen at high temperatures, cleaning when guests are out, special attention to high contact areas such as switches and door handles, etc.

If you need a PCR test, we can make all the necessary arrangements and organise an appointment at the nearest clinic.
